A: Poland
Q: Do you carry other chucks besides Bison chuck?
A: No, Bison is the only chuck we carry at this time.
Q:What is your warranty and return policy for Bison and TMX lines?
A: Bison and TMX products have a one year Limited Warranty that begins on the day the product is purchased. After one year the product is non-returnable. All returns require prior approval, and an assigned RMA number to the requested return. All returns are subject to inspection, restocking fees may apply.
Q: Do the top jaws you sell fit on all chucks?
A: If the chuck has American Standard Tongue & Grove style master jaws, than ours will fit.
Q: Will other company's inserts fit TMX indexable cutters?
A: In most cases yes they will, please contact our Customer Service team for details.
Q: Are soft top jaws reversible?
A: Yes
Q: Does Toolmex sell hex dies?
A:No, we do not sell hex dies. We only sell round adjustable dies.
Q: Do all Bison Chucks come with wrenches or do they have to be purchased separately?
A: Yes, all Bison Chucks come with wrenches.
Q: On your V-flange tooling that end with Q are they Ericson compatible?
A: Yes the Q stands for Quick Change.
Q: On your standard CAT V-flange tooling, what are the RPM ratings?
A: 6000 - 7000 RPM's
Q: Do your indexable cutters fit standard holders?
A: Yes they do.
Q: Does Toolmex sell die "sets"?
A: No, we do not sell dies sets
Q: Do you sell tin coated end mills?
A: At this time Toolmex does not offer tin coated end mills.
